There is never a fool-proof means of protection or way to employ it, regardless of what scenario one wants to spell out.
Even still, in AK the wolf populations are getting out of control. There is no other explanation for why the federal courts wouldn't put an end to the aerial hunts up there. This teacher's death proves what I'm getting at.
