Sounds like SU35 answered your question on the BC. I never did test any at longer ranges, because while the 130 Scirocco II's shot pretty well in my 6.5-06, they didn't shoot nearly as well as Berger VLD's.
Swift changed the heating process on the Scirocco II's to make them a little tougher than the original Sciroccos. From everything I've seen they'll work really well on elk.
