Rem 700? Win 70? Montucky? X-Bolt? Defiance Machine SA with a Pierce Engineering BDL Trigger Guard and bottom metal plate; Jewell Trigger; "24 SS Kreger #2; 11 degree target crown; McMillan Edge; Tally lightweights; and Zeiss 6.5-20x50 AO MC Conquest Stainless Rifle scope
Personally, I'd make it simple cut right to the chase:
Kimber 84M Montana .223 Talley LW Leupold VX3 3.5-10x40mm M1 elevation turret 60gr. V-Max for practice and 62gr. TSX for hunting
Granted, there's other options available, but several would entail additional expenditures (rate of twist is not optimal on most factory offerings).
