Whelen B. - My CDL weighs abought 7-3oz..w/sights. What stock do I need to drop some weight down to that 5.75 LBS.? I've looked @ Brown and McMillan and don't want to pay that kind of price. What else is out there?
Going to be difficult without spending the big bucks on an ultralight stock and maybe rebarreling or slimming the barrel profile also. My Custom KS rifles have both. The barrel contour seems much slimmer than the standard factory taper found on my M600 and M660 in 350RM. The KS stock weighs in at around 24ozs.
