2500 fps with the 225-NPT and Sierra, and it got me away from powder compression and has been an accurate, stable load these last two years. Many thanks to John Barsness, as his TAC load eliminated some real hassles for me.

Haven't killed an elk with mine still, but have continued to spank blacktails with the wonderful .358.

Nope! I loaned it to my pard and he didn't do any good.
I packed my old .270 and dumped a nice cow, though. I had to wait for 7 spike bulls to get out of the way before I could shoot her!!!

I sure wish you hadn't gone and monkeyed with that TAC! Now I gotta go out an buy a can and see for myself.... The .204 likes W748, so no harm nor foul, I suppose.....
