The 375 H&H was not designed to be a 60K pressure cartridge, All the classic India/Africa big bores were designed to operate at low pressure to ensure extraction under adverse conditions.
I'd go with the Barnes suggestions, especially given all the PHs suggesting the 270/300 TSX as THE Cape Buffalo bullet.
