I would imagine those loads in the Barnes manual shooting 270s at 2800 plus are every bit of 60,000 psi and maybe then some. Also, I've never had a problem with extraction using modern powders and modern pressures in a .375 and have shot them in heat up to 110F. I think discontinuing the use of Cordite a few years ago helped with that some.
