You're making a mistake assuming that color implies flavor, or the lack of color implies lack of flavor. St. Jakobus at the Forschungsbrauerei is full of flavor and blond in color. It'll knock you on your ass if you're not careful too! grin

You grew up in the Czech Republic? When I wrote original Budweiser I didn't mean St. Louis.


To me color is an indicator of a beer with a real flavor. It is not exclusive. Thus my recent purchase of an awful beer.

I like beers like Kiltlifter and they are light in color but beers like Cafe Negro and Terminator Stout are my favorite.
