These are my biggest two, shot in consecutive years with the same 30-06. Both from less than 50 yards. They are Columbia Blacktails...
The one on the left was 145 pounds dressed and skinned, and the one on the right was 154pounds dressed and skinned. The one on the right was taken near some farmland, so i would bet that he was eating some crops. Judging by the shot in his rear, i am pretty confident he was in someone's garden as well.
Left deer was scored at 133" and i never got the one on the right done. I estimate him to be around 120"
