22WRF That bolt handle was nothing more then a chunk of 4140, profiled to the appropriate shape, Tig welded in place with a heat sink in the bolt body. Stoping along the way to keep every thing cool. Then a few hours worth of hand profiling and polishing with mold makers stones to knock down the weld and profile.
