Wonder how long it would have been if you hadn't called. I'm beginning to have doubts, and they shouldn't get your barrel out quick just because you call. Been since February for me, and that's totally ridiculous. No reason for it, as far as I'm concerned, especially with the promised quick service due to a phone call.

The customers that don't want to bother him with a call should get good service as well.

I'm thinking I'm done with Rock Creek and will stop recommending them.
