I wouldn't recommend a tuned 700 as a blanket statement.
Fit and finish in some years was chit. Other years were good.
The Jewell is a beauty for under 2# weights.
I prefer a SS Shilen on a hunting rifle. It might require the additional purchase of a Rifle Basix safety kit if you don't have a safety to take off another trigger.
