No experience with Shilen but,
I am a 1pound kinda guy on my hunting rifles and I am in love with Jewell. I have Timney's and don't dis like but a well tuned factory 700 trigger I actually like better. I would go with the Jewell like you said ain't nothing cheap in custom guns.
