Well in fairness, the Revolutionary War were'nt quick, and by and large was led by former British officers, and funded by the French...the concept of freeborn Americans was and still is worth fighting for...anyhoo Piers can smoke a turd in hell...and smarmy is smarmy whether it's British, French, Russian, or American liberal.
