I've used a Pocket Rocket a lot over the past five years with no problem but I'm wary of gas leakage on these stoves that sit right on the fuel canister. Could be dangerous.

Years ago I had a fuel leak on a similarly designed stove that caught fire. The leak was between stove and canister it screwed into. Heat on the canister rapidly increased the fuel leakage and the flames swirling around the fuel canister got four feet high.

I backed off, got behind a tree in case it exploded and let it burn itself out of fuel. I try to make sure such stoves have a good seal at the top of the fuel canister.

Don't recall the brand but think it was a Coleman or Coleman knock-off.
