That 7.5 million sign up number is already skewed. Of that number, how many LOST their insurance because of O care. Then they had to go in and submit for a new policy? So does the 7.5 million include those people or is it 7.5 million "really new" policy holders? That is a big distinction that dems don't want to give the answer to.
