Only difference I can really see is that Paul will actually answer a yes/no question with a yes or no but he still has a fair amount of flip-flop in him. It's in their DNA.

The most "conservative" candidate is the one who claims he's the most conservative. Politicians want votes, they'll say anything to get them.

However, there is a foolproof way to tell the Republican candidate from the Democrat, or the Conservatively posturing candidate from the Liberal posturing candidate.
