Sam has it spot on. Obama isn't doing what other presidents haven't done before him. And under Bush version 2.0 we lost importation of foreign military barrels.

This was an executive order for sanctions. Some ahole threw in the small arms just because they could. AK sales to US civilians won't hurt Russia one bit, but it will bite US gun buyers. Bastid!!!
