Jesse needed the money and knew he could get a favorable verdict in minneysoda. What I would have had him prove was, dollar wise, how much if anything had this "has-been" lost. I guess his friends in Hollyweird don't care for him anymore..... fickle..... fickle
I'm relatively certain the jury weighs evidence regarding monetary loss and that is also part of their decision.
