Tex, actually, the 500 A2 isn't bad. Although pretty ugly, the Coil-Chek stock does a lot to mitigate recoil. The surface area of the recoil pad is probably double that of a typical pad, and the comb is rounded and straight. A 570gr brass CEB #13 solid is easier yet, and probably out-penetrates any bullet on the market.
