Yes sir absolutely. It is a little fireball with them! Very concealable and not far behind a 38 snubby. At least IMO.
Yes, those are some hot rounds. I've shot them through my Kel-Tec P32. It's not particularly reliable in that gun, though. The flat nose tends to stick on the feed ramp.
