Yes, its a powder that actually leaves a reverse crud ring at the muzzle which makes for some damn tight loading. I would not suggest American though, it can be picky for shooters unless you can learn the process. One of the pickiest powders out of them all in my opinion.
Make your own swabbing solution. I got a 6oz bottle and using volume measurements, 3/8" purple power - 3/8" pinesol - top the rest of the bottle off with tap water. Shake it up good before use. Its some great stuff!
