The max takeoff weight of an (E)A-6 is 60,000 lbs. The most it can carry is 35,000lbs.

An F-111 has a max takeoff weight of 100,000 with a capacity of 53,000+-lbs.

They're not even remotely close, the F-111 is a substantially larger aircraft.

The B-1B'a capacity is almost 5x that of the (E)A-6.

Sorry, but your statement wasn't close to being true in 1986, today or any other year.

Why try to say you meant 1986 or really meant the A-6A (except that A-6A is even wrong because there hasn't been an A-6A in service in decades), which has been retired as long as the F-111? Just say, "yeah I don't know where I got that from".

I admit I'm not up to speed on the F111. I do know where I heard the comparison comment between the Grumman and the B-52 though. Marine FAC school. The emphasis was on the number of 500 pounders it could carry.
