Kimber of Oregon. I have two sets of them on Mausers, except the screw cap is a lever. they have held Zero for about thirty years.

Warne started in-house production of the rings and bases in like '93 or '94. The similar appearing rings previously marketed as Kimber of Oregon, were, to the best of my knowledge, made elsewhere, not at the Kimber plants.
