Me too. My second thought on the iridescence is the tell-tale trace of ammonia that gets in the meat when the bulls be slurpin' cow whiz during the rut. Size 40 is a sure sign of adolescence so that explains how he nearly OD-ed on the 'succulent' nectar. Eat up�.
