Woody have couple I really like. The four below are L to R .44-77 - .44-2-5/8 BN (.44-90bn)and the .44-75 Ballard. The two bottle necks is the hunting bullet I use. They are the original design Sharps bullet and they are cast using a Books adjustable mould that is locked down 480 gr. They are 1.4" long .433 diameter un patched. .44-90 made a clean one shot kill on a buff. The .44-77 took two because of the first shot was high in the lungs and the second put him own in fine shape.
The third one is the .44-100 Rem st and that bullet is a .433 Prolate @ 480 gr and the forth is a .44-75 Ballard and that has the .44 KAL elliptical @ 505 gr. I use those two bullets in both cartridges for Match shooting.

[Linked Image] .44 KAL elliptical, .45 Danielson prolate, .44 Brooks prolate.

This bullet is a .443 diameter 516 gr prolate. I call that bullet the Danielson prolate. It is a fine shooter for the creedmoor matches in the .45-70 and 90.
