I am very grateful to Mr. . He worked hard on my bankruptcy process, and he got me a fair repayment plan so that I could keep my house and my car, and a bunch of other stuff I got to keep they didn't find out about. His secretary was always polite and made sure that Mr. received my calls, and returned them as quickly as he could. I would recommend Mr.he is the biggest one in his firm, to other people who are struggling with debt or about to lose their home or uber vehicles.– safariman., WA grin

Can't think of anything to add, but this thread rates right up there with Liar 24s funeral.

No magazine or bipod, but it comes with a winch.

Any updates on the safariman bankruptcy proceedings? Recalled that some members here had contacted the trustee (Mr. Munding) and provided details on some of safariman's assets that may have been concealed during the filing.

Would like to hear the nature of the conversations/correspondence between those folks who were able to get in touch with Mr. Munding, if possible. Has the trustee been able to make any progress in the case? Can't see any reason to be coy or cryptic about things, so let's hear all about it.

Inquiring minds and all . . .

Bump for the most entertaining and educational thread that I've been reading over the past 26 days. They should turn this into an episode of CSI Online - SafariMan, The Con-Artist That Jumped Out Of The Frying Pan Into The Campfire.

Post a fuzzy photo with a vague description. No returns!

Two points:

1. The bankruptcy is over and done and will not be reopened. Mr. Mundy informs that he has received nothing from anyone on this site which is logical as to do so would require the informer to identify himself which would provide Mark a vehicle for a civil suit against that person. Like all blogs, this site has a lot of hot air but no one is going to identify themselves and end up in a nasty lawsuit unless they are a complete dunce.

2. My Brother-in law is in the silk screened T-Shirt business and could produce a Safariman T-Shirt. The minimum order would be 300. The design is the responsibility of whomever orders them and must be accompanied by a "hold harmless" document in case Mark decides to take legal action against whomever initiates the design and order. Cost including the screen would be $3500.00 paid in advance. These are high quality "Ts" supplied by Haynes and the silk screen process will stand many washings. Given the unique nature of these shirts they should sell easily @ $20.00 each. PayPal is welcome for initial payment.
