A friend of mine has a Browning Low Wall in 260 Rem. topped with a Leupold 1.5-5x20. He's sub-moa to 300 yards with it, shooting handloads I assembled.
It's really good considering its wand like nature.

How do they usually shoot GW? Never been around one. This is typical of the Highwalls...... Winchester highwall, 270 wsm. 130 gr nosler ballistic tip, 61 gr. h-4350, Wlrm primer. He said it didn't like to be loaded hot. My guess is he observed groups opening up with charge increases, i.e., it was going out of tune.
My take is there's so much headroom available that charges could be further increased to bring it back in, all the while keeping pressure in line.
