I have an 84M 257 Roberts and it shoots 117 SGK's around 2900fps.

An 84M 243 with 90 Scenars will be better in the wind but the 257 works just fine for easy 300 yard shots.

Tough to get giddy about a .410BC .257" 117 grainer at 2900fps...when with under 27grs of powder,you can squirt a .435BC 75 A-Max outta a SAAMI 223 Montucky at 2850fps. I've more than a buncha faith in said boolit,welllllllllllllll beyond the 300yd line in a .378" based hull. My 21" 1-7" Rocktucky digs 'em at 3125fps.
