This is a great thread. Early last Saturday morning shortly after a thunderstorm rolled over. Learner's permit. The heeler is a fairly good instructor.

Boat full of hammer handles, mostly tack hammer handles. What do you do with the little hammer handles? Here, most would fillet them, them grind the fillets to make fish cakes (and take care of the Y-bones). I'm always looking for a better way! John

Sometimes I smoke them, or pickle them. But mostly I just find a hole to bury them in. It's illegal to C&R pike in most areas south of the AK range but you dont have to eat them.

Got it, you have to right click on the reply box and paste. Thanks Tom. Stonecutter, Where is that? Looks like desolate schitholes I search out. Gotta be US of A, with rods and doggie.

Found this little guy climbing on a milkweed plant. Nice shot. Hopefully he'll become a Monarch butterfly someday.

Mine will arrive in a month or so when I wrap up three months here on the mountain. I am running marginally here on an iPhone. Quite simply, it has been more than great for the past six weeks.
