The cop says "take your seat belt off." Instead the guy turns the ignition. Before the car moves the hand with the gun comes and shoots him in the head. As the car rolls off the cop pulls off the camera and goes to the ground. The dude was already shot in the head before the car started to move.

How can so many be absolutely sure of what happened, and at the same time have such different answers?
Makes me feel stupid that I'm the only one that doesn't know.

I have watched it ten times, clicking the mouse as fast as I can to freeze as much as I could, I cannot see where it appears he took his camera off, in fact as he runs down the street it appears to be on facing the right direction.

Maybe he didn't pull it off, maybe it just does a loop d'loop on it's own. The point is, he shot the guy in the head before the car moved.

After that, the officer should be pretty well off from receiving donations from folks like you and me so he will have the option of getting on with another department or just living it up the rest of his days.

WTF is wrong with me? Withholding judgement until we hear what comes out at trial is an extreme concept in your convoluted world?

Why are you wanting judgment passed against any officer? Police damn sure don't support that so you don't support them.

Re-read what you wrote, then re-write it so it makes sense.

It makes perfect sense unless you hate cops. So long as an officer has only done something to a civilian, no officer wants to see them sitting in a courtroom as a defendant and they certainly do not want civilian jurors to have any chance to pass judgement on their actions unless the judge and prosecutor have a firm handle on them.

I'm willing to bet the guy tried to drive away,...

Good thing you're withholding judgement until you hear what comes out at the trial.

He is just playing devils advocate with me because I am more open in my support for police activities than many here are and that causes some embarrassment for him.

You are agreeing with the cops investigating the shooting.

So.... agreeing with cops SHOULD put you in good standing with the forum cops and their groupies. Right?

But that's not how it works here.

You must agree with the cops on the forum or you are a "cop basher".

Even when you're agreeing....... you're wrong.

Confusing, ain't it?

Cops shouldn't have to be investigating other cops and were it not for video none of this would be necessary.

He will still never see the inside of a jail cell unless he decides to go in to corrections and feels the need to work over an inmate that has been incarcerated for violating a firearms law.

Nope, not a Log Cabin Republican. No issues with you being a homosexual since you vote GOP, but you need to hit on some of the other guys here who have indicated their desire for man on man sex.

Listening to Kelly tonight I'm wondering why there is no dash-cam video? He most likely parked behind the victims car. Kelly mentioned there were two other officers who said they witnessed office one being dragged, well, then where are their body cams?

Anybody that has watched more than one episode of CSI should be forbidden from every participating in the criminal justice system. Most of that stuff ain't real and that which is...don't work.
