Last time I saw it available it was $30-something/100, or about 50% more than Hornet brass. I reckon the prices might be a bit more than that now. (Thanks Mr. Obama - your ideas of economic expansion are..........interesting.. )

I cannot find ANY factory bee brass. I am not short on loads right now. But would like to secure a little more for a fair price.

Get you some 32-20 brass from midway (its in stock) and form it. Its half the cost of .218 bee brass. That's what I do.

Check out the link below for step by step instructions on forming 218 Bee brass from Starline Brass 32-20 caliber. 500 pieces of new 32-20 brass will run you around $120.00 shipped. It is very simple to do. http://www.marlinowners.com/forum/3...brass-starline-32-20-brass-easy-way.html

Certainly leaning toward using the 32-20 to build stock for now. I cant see paying 65$ or more that seems to be the going rate for 50 bee brass. 100-150$ for 50 rounds of ammo seems insane. But its on gunbroker.

By the way Winpoor, I love my 43!!! I have toyed with the notion of adding a Hornet.
