Likewise, Tom. :-) How did you like the dog pictures? I swear, the guy was trying to tell me how its done... I liked them...and i know the feeling, especially with the border collie telling me what F-stop and shutter speed to use.....

Looking like I might have to bring something classier than the McFlame this year, Darrik ( shortactionsmoker) hooked me up with a cute little #1A in .222 I think I can shoot a pig in the face with it!

V11 LW. I'm aching to get to the range with it. I couldn't manage it last weekend.
As I recall, you brought an AR to the party in March. You, Roof and Gunner became my inspirations. Especially after Roof perforated his pig in a blinding rainstorm.
Well, okay, it wasn't blinding, but still.

actually I brought three of them, since the rails make it easy to mount a light. Just wish I'd bought a bigger light  My new super-duper Hawkeye light arrived for the borescope. Think I might do some studying on a couple of the AR's, to see if they need barrels... Then again I'm also ogling a couple of old rifles, too

Browning 150 lumen green light Which might be okay to 100 yards. This is the one I shoulda bought, though Mo better light

I'm sure I'll bring one. Maybe the .308, and probably something old, too. I bid on a 1899 Savage in .30-30 but it was a touch too high at auction. Oh well.

I guess from what Dan said there is only 1/2 hour of darkness you'll be facing, so you may not need to gear up with lights etc... Though I already have a kill light, and Im bringing it!
