Every thing you want except a 18 1/2 in. barrel not 20" There was another one like mine that the owner had removed it from the Full wood stock and restocked that was for sale here a few years ago that he might still have? Only other would be a Browning S.S. BLR 7mm-08 TD Molan Labe

Then it's pretty simple to mount a NECG banded front sight with epoxy. I've done this twice now and will be doing an '06 shortly. Let me know if your intersted and I'll post more details on mounting the front sight.

I had some installed on rifles by these folks: http://www.williamsgunsight.com/gunsights/gunsightsdefault.htm They have the sights and do professional installations. They have a complete gunsmithing shop, and can even build you a complete custom rifle. http://www.williamsgunsight.com/gunsmith_service_michigan.htm All it takes is sending them the barreled action. Even I can do that at the local UPS hub, and I ain't none too smart.
