they switched me and everyone, from salary and only coming in @-3 days a week, to hourly. which means they want me in the yard everyday, even if it means just standing around.
i can't do that, if i can't make an extra 2000 a month doing flooring since there is no work for us out in the field right now i can't pay my bills and take care of my family, so its back to contracting full time.
all this is due to lawsuits.

bonus pay that wasn't paid, i'm owed several thousand dollars. Been there. I didn't have to file a lawsuit though. They paid. Said it was just an oversight. Right... Only happens when it's in their favor.
