I've lost a lot of respect for Rand. He seems to think that he is smart enough to game the system that defeated and disenfranchised his dad. He wants to run as an outsider but then cozy's right up to the establishment by trying to act as their attack-dog against Trump. He did a great thing when he filibustered against snooping. He should do more of that and build his base rather than attacking.

Sure he has a choice. His dad wouldn't have attacked Trump. If Trump is bogus he will either be exposed as such or fool us all. Rand will make no difference to that one way or the other. You can't be the anti-establishment choice by working with the establishment. That "an enemy of my enemy" bs is just that. I wonder how much of the Koch's money Rand has taken. Honest wonderment, as I don't know. I know Cruz was bowing and scraping at the American's for Prosperity. I haven't heard how much of Rand's life they've bought.

Been my premise for along time now. A candidate who refers to female newscasters as "Bimbos" and whose policies are a mish-mash of far left populist tripe has no chance in the general. Republican voters better wake up or we'll miss the best opportunity in a long-time to win back the White House---and to control the Supreme Court for the next 20 years.
