I have a few camera systems, and, like guns, select the right tool for the job. That day, I towed my bike behind my bike for 5.5 miles, before launching my canoe to paddle a couple more. Light weight was the order of the day, hence the 20 gauge M2 and the Canon. Shooting birds in flight demands different gear, I'm sure you can get the EXIF data on these:

I use a different camera for landscape, one that doesn't have EXIF data. Guess what it is:

These hang in my home theater, which is freaking awesome. We love watching PBS down there.

I do have to admit those are awesome pics to say the least. To bad you're such an asswhole you might get somewhere. You're just going to die a typical......

Nope, because I know he can't rebut facts. But I enjoy calling him out on it

Oh, I am sure he is enjoying the attention...

I mean, if he isn't a HoMo....you know he's enjoying the attention because he hasn't been laid by the wife in years...

If you have to go to the internet to get attention, then life must be pretty pathetic...

especially choosing the troll route, to magnify your attention...

let him have his 15 seconds of Andy Warhol attention.... he'll flame out and then be back in another 4 or 5 years when some other tragedy happens nationally.. so he can try and taunt conservatives with leftist liberal BS....

tell us all how smart he is and how many expensive guns he has, and we need to pass more laws, that mythically don't apply to him or his elitist type...

or maybe he's here because he's grounded while his Prius is in the shop getting a new battery...and he's angry at the world...

Thanks, Paul. The BIF photos were taken with a Nikon D300, which is now fairly old. Still waiting for the replacement with better high ISO performance and resolution. I could use two more stops and a 24MP sensor.

The landscapes were taken with a Zone VI camera, which is a 4x5 mahogany view camera, and a Rodenstock 210mm lens. Really a cool setup, and still the most economical way to get high quality large size prints. I have the sheet film developed, then scan them on my Epson scanner. This produces jpeg files of 120MB to as much as 190MB or so. These prints on the screen wall of my home theater are 20x24, grain free and tack sharp:

The one over the mantel is from the view camera, but the one to the left is out of the g15, while the one on the right was shot on a grouse hunt with my old Canon S90. On the back wall there are a couple of oldies shot with my old Olympus OM-1 and K64.

but he graced us the last several days, to hurl insults and do things like telling a forum member his Aunt's Passing was BS...
or maybe it was the reason for her passing that he didn't like as it didn't fit into his political agenda...

on another thread he seems to be highly in support of Planned ParentHood....to bad his mom didn't put him up for fetal experimentation.. but I digress...

Silly boy, or I should say silly GOY. I guess its true that the Heebs really are smarter than most Anglo rubes. Not smarter than me though.

Let me clue in the Goyim. When you want to understand what is happening, follow the money. Who benefits when "trolls" come here and stir the pot, increasing post counts and views? The OWNER of this little shindig?

We used to have a local DJ that played his choice of tunes, and did his own talk and comment/comedy. Always got the highest ratings. One of his routines was a "preacher" who called, always the same guy, who kept telling him he was going straight to hell. The DJ nicknamed him "cult leader". All in the audience with a higher than room temp IQ figured out this was a "coordinated effort" by no later than the 3rd call.

The guy who owns this joint, one Rick Binn (I wonder if it used to be Binnheim?), lists this site as his only endeavor, and his domicile as Los Angeles, CA. Why would an "outdoorsman" choose to live there, and run an online business that could be run from Jackson Hole? Maybe he has other business in LA to attend to.

LA is the world's epicenter for porn production, another "online" endeavor, jews control it all. Just about every idea and movement to bring down Western Civilization, if some secular jew didn't conceive it, he's writing hefty checks to support it. Soros and Bloomberg come to mind, but they are but the tip of the iceberg. They fund and control the political campaigns of both parties.

A perusal of this site shows a lot of "Goyim" are preoccupied with sports and firearms minutiae. Maybe some of you rubes should read more, and wake up and smell the coffee.

Gee, "Tyrone"......

Welcome to the Campfire....

We've had a shortage of knowITall Buttheads showing up to be replacement trolls, for the previous ones that everyone put on ignore and they got tired of being ignored so they went elsewhere to be INternet knowITalls and Buttheads.....

Hope you enjoy your stay here.... I'm sure it won't last long per usual... unless you're like MR. Padidler... who just shows up every 4 or 5 years to be a dick for a week or two and then forgets we Surfs until the next time he gets bored....

it was kinda nice for his to show up pics of his "theatre" room with his pictures on the wall taken by all the cameras he owns, on top of his 45,000 Dollar Shotguns....trying to impress us all that he must be smarter than everyone here because he has a lot of expensive stuff....

I've been around people with a lot more wealth, and more public notoriety than he'll ever have, so I'm not overly impressed...but maybe someone else is...

anyway welcome to the Campfire and enjoy your week to 2 weeks journey slumming with we peons, surfs and peasants...

So a hardy campfire GFY to one of our newest guests...

Take a high resolution image of some logs on a fire grate to tuck in there.

What I was thinking when the first wildlife shots showed. Find it hard to believe that someone who owns high dollar shotguns by at least 6, view cameras that have serfs do the darkroom work, drive a car that we see in the drive way and a lawn that looks like [bleep].

I have done work for two of the richest folks in Colorado, many who would like to be those persons and not a one would even think of hanging out here as a troll. Nor would they think that pulling a canoe on a home built bike trailer would be fun, even if they had the time.

AS far as details on cameras, theater systems etc, nomenclature is easily taken from the web.

Actually, this individual reeks of the scent of several of the high profile trolls that havae been here before.

JAM is my initials, doofus. What do you think I've been doing for the last four years, not wasting time here on the 'fire?

Here's my humble shop with the CD/DVD cabinet in progress:

Here's what it looks like installed:

[Linked Image]

It was my largest woodworking project ever, and very satisfying. I asked a cabinetmaker what he thought it would cost to hire out, he said ~$30K. I have $3K-$5K into the wood, most of which started out as 4/4 hit or miss raw lumber. It looks much better in person:
