Over Spokane way too. Very nice "Russian/Eastern European" market up there with a great selection of breads, cheeses, sausages, baked goodies, and more varieties of tea then I've ever seen in my life.

This part of California the third language would be probably Pit or Piute. Really doubt that any can speak it except maybe a couple elders in each tribe, the rest speak Keystone Light or Marajojwanna. Ed

Idaho is a mix of immigrants from anywhere and everywhere. I've been around a lot of Germans but haven't ever heard the language being used. Another common language would be Basque but the Basques went to a lot of effort to learn proper English and every one I've ever known spoke it fluently.

Cajun French down here, but it's slowing dying off as the older generations pass away, I know some, but not enough, wish grandma was still here, she used to teach me some words every time I saw her.

In British Columbia:

Most people in B.C. speak English at home. After English, the most common languages spoken at home are Cantonese and Mandarin, Punjabi, German, Tagalog, French, Korean, Spanish, and Farsi.

In MN the second language is jihad.

Soon to be the first language if Mark Dayton gets his way.
