Apparently not.
I don't use much in the way of Cabelas brand and I sure wouldn't trust it to something as critical as my sight unless I really knew it was good.
Maybe I'm wrong in this assumption, but anything with a retailers name on it automatically gets the presumption of crap and has to prove itself decent.
Frankly, with all the good optics out there, I don't have the time, patience, or money to explore that kind of scope whether it be Cabelas, Scheels, or otherwise.
I would bet a good number of serious hunters have similar personal rules they follow.
