Get some funny looks. Had a friend visit recently from VT, moved there 5 years ago from Aus, and we talked about the maple syrup industry in VT over breakfast. He had maple syrup on his eggs and bacon too

Starting Sunday the weather is predicted to be perfect for about 10 days,then cooling off for a few and we'll have another round. Good or bad, the way we have been the past few day's I think we're just running on instinct. I hate to leave people hanging with the pm's but just haven't had time. Been running 15-16hr days since Tuesday. I have about 40 gallons yet to box up.
