If you play by the rules and are profitable you're allowed to reinvest the profits so as to grow the business rather than pay it as taxes, thereby employing more people.
If all profits were taxed and no reinvestment allowed there would be "0" incentive to own a business and be successful.
It seems obvious to me, am I missing something?
