I've never had any shoulder problems but injured myself several weeks ago and at 56 years old it's not healing very fast.
I've been doing some of these exercises I found on Youtube and thought I'd post a video .
My pain feels like the healing has really sped up .

A warm up, rotating and stretching arms and shoulders for a few minutes, before a practice session seems to work for me.

I'm 53 and never have shoulder problems wth my 70lbs bows. What bothers me on occasion is my left elbow. I'm right handed. I pull with my right and hold the bow with my left.
