I have two a 260 & a 308 SS planned on turning the 308 into a 358win. but made the mistake of shooting it. Both shoot very well -sorry no pictures I'm too sick with sore throat to mess with it. Here's a couple of threads I found with plenty of Model Seven pictures and talk .
This is my daughter's Model 7 CDL .260. We removed the wood stock and dropped the action in a Bell & Carlson. It's a shooter and she's harvested some nice deer with it.
My two favorite hunting rifles are Model 7's. Both actions have been squared up, lapped, fitted with new barrels,(One is a Pac Nor and the other is a Hart, don't ask me which is which.) triggers and HS Precision Stocks. All the mods were done by a Pro. The rifle on the left is a 338 Federal I've posted on the Fire before. The rifle on the right is a 260 Remington. Both will shoot better than I can and the two cartridges cover about anything I'm likely to run into that needs a centerfire rifle.

Soloman, the 338 Fed is the closest one to the original size of the Model 7. It weighs 7.5 lbs empty, with a Leupold VX II 2X7 scope and steel mounts. It has a barrel that is probably one size bigger than the original 308 barrel and about an inch longer.
I wasn't going for light weight hunting rifles with the two Model 7's, but ones that were accurate, reliable, comfortable to carry and shoot. I had some heavy rifles and if the Model 7's gained a little weight in the conversion, but still came in at less than 8 lbs ready to hunt, I was going to be happy. I picked the HS Precision because it has a feel that is fuller and rounder than some other stocks I've tried.
I wanted an SS 350 Mag and Ruger hadn't come out with theirs yet so I built this on a 300 SAUM action. PACNOR matched the short mag contour. I'd like to find a KS stock to put it in! Sold the MS because the stock couldn't handle our weather.
Ingue, The CDL stock in your photo is that standard rem mod 7?
I would like to get hold of one if it is, building a 300 sav on a rem 700 action, I have a classic take off barrel and I was thinking that shortened to rem 7 barrel length in a stock like that would be just what i'm looking for

Yes, it is a standard issue. once in a long while you'll see one advertised in the classifieds here.
