Don't know what kind, but google up some dinosaur eggs And here I was, relying on YOUR first-hand experience.... Is it magnetic? So far, Reddit guesses are Iron concretion, Coprolite and Ingwe's egg..

We have rocks that look similar to Huntsman's milk dud out on our place. The ones we have look and feel like iron but they are lightweight and non magnetic. I've often thought and hoped they were meteorites but I kinda doubt it. Be interesting to see what it turns out to be.

Seeing all these pics makes me feel better. I have been sacked and sidelined and not able to hunt any artifacts.
I've been steamrolled since may12 from my kidney transplant and complications.
The tobacco fields are producing well for my partner, I need to get his permission to post up what he's been finding or get him to do it.
Good luck guys, stay hydrated. If you still got pics post em I cant do chit on my star trek flip phone

I wonder how many Millennia it took for the natives to lay down that much "stuff" on your property..

Yeah, even though there is no naturally occurring obsidian in Colorado. If you find it here, it's been hauled in/traded for....

I'll be darned, I've found lots of obsidian stuff in CO over the years and always just figured it was a locally sourced material. Seems like the old ones probably had a pretty vast trade network, probably lots bigger than they're given credit for.

Several years back an obsidian flake found in a paleo burial in Williamson county Texas was ID'ed to a volcanic source in Washington state!
Ya just never know with obsidian!!! Which is damn cool!!
