OP ribka Campfire Ranger R Joined: Mar 2010 Posts: 24,225 PNW	Just canned over 40 pints of freshly caught albacore last year canned quite a bit of deer pheasant elk. some olive oil, a bit of kosher salt and fresh taragon, 100 min at 10 lbs ( sea level) good stuff Last edited by ribka; 07/20/16.
