Went to P-0 setting.

We did a pork tenderloin last night, it turned out GREAT!!!

Yeah, I went from nearly having another stroke and keeping the .45 close by to smooth sailing. Set it and forget it.

Amazon has pellets from http://www.cookinpellets.com with free shipping if you buy two bags. Love the hickory. I've used about 120 lbs. of them and will be ordering again soon.
