Anyone have a recipe for smoked rockfish made into a dip or spread? I'm thinking something involving cream cheese or sour cream and chow chow. (Rockfish is striped bass. Chow chow is a kind of cabbage relish.)

Never tried smoked striper, but have had this while in Alaska.

Should work with any smoked fish.

I'd skip the nuts & add your kimchi thingy + some chopped parsley, or torn cilantro.
