Last year, they did 1400 or so deer, a bunch of hogs and bears as well. I find the meat makes excellent sausage, when mixed with pork and seasonings. This was actually an August bear that my son killed on a caribou hunt. I posted the story at the time. The 6' boar came into camp 1 time too many. Pretty nice hide without spring type rubs.
