Fried squirrel and gravy is always hard to beat. Or Brunswick stew , squirrel n dumplings.

I do them like my pop did.
Quartered, brined, seasoned flour, and fry. Pan gravy is a plus.

all of these^ ^ ^ ^ haven't tried the br. stew yet, but it's next on the list. i made some squirrel with ramens a few years ago, and it's pretty good. i just use a small part of the flavor packet, and add some mixed vegetables if i have some. squirrels are cooked in a slow cooker and deboned. hard to beat squirrel and dumplins though.
