I'll take poison in the hands of a professional targeting specific coyotes and specific areas way before the circus that bounties create.
An army of Bubba's heading forth to collect bounties will create the usual shooting at coyotes from the road, shooting/trapping on private land, shooting out-of-state coyotes, but collecting the in-state bounty. Don't think for a second the bounty hunters won't get their hands on some poison either because they will. Bounties are generally a waste of sportsman's money.
Kinda like Big Buck contests... You attach some prize money to something and people will do damn near anything to collect $50 or less.
